In chapter two, we get to Pentecost (yes, it comes quickly in the 28 chapters of Acts) and we see the boldness heighten.
Most of you know the Pentecost story: the roaring wind, the flames that settle on the heads of the apostles, and the speaking of other languages.
I had always thought this was angelic tongues, but Acts suggests that these were other real languages that people around them could understand.
